Initial contact with Dream Stone usually begins with a faxed, delivered, or emailed rough drawing of the area(s) to be bid. This can be as simple as a line drawing on a legal pad with approximate dimensions of the cabinets to be surfaced, to full fledged prints, .DXF or .PDF formatted conceptual drawings.

You will receive a follow up call by Dream Stone to verify materials selection, edge profiles, sinks, etc.

A proposal is prepared based on the necessary information, and upon approval, a contract is generated to be signed by the client, at which time a deposit for work to be performed is due. Templating and installation schedules are determined, and any change orders are effected at this time.

Templating necessitates that all cabinets are level, secure, and permanently affixed in place. Sinks, etc. shall be on the job site, and available for our template crew to bring back to our fabrication facility.

Installation is typically within 2 - 3 weeks of templating, and may vary seasonally depending on scheduling.

Balance due is paid on the date of completion, and the client signs off on the completed job.
